Despite trying several iron sets from top manufacturers with well-known, name-brand shafts over the last several years, I couldn't get dependable, repeatable results from 175 yds in. My iron play had become the weakest part of my game. It was frustrating. As a mid single-digit handicapper, I was unable to hit the greens when I was in scoring position.
